Provider (marketing name): Avenir Facility Management Kft. Provider (legal name): Avenir Facility Management Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (the "Provider"). Full provider details: see Legal Notice. Scope of these Terms of Use: the use of the https://www.afm.hu website, including the contact and quote-request flow. B2B-only client base: the Provider's clientele consists exclusively of B2B (business) clients. The Provider does not enter into contracts with consumers (within the meaning of § 8:1(1)(3) of the Hungarian Civil Code) via this website and does not establish consumer relationships through it. The contact flow on the website accepts only B2B-purpose enquiries. Effective from: 28 April 2026. Authoritative language: Hungarian. The English, German and Chinese versions are for guidance only; in case of discrepancy, the Hungarian text prevails.

The https://www.afm.hu website is an informational website presenting the Provider's facility-management, security, and related (B2B) services. The website is NOT an online contracting platform. Service contracts between the Provider and the client are concluded separately, in writing, as the result of dedicated negotiations. The information published on the website is for general guidance only; the actual content, pricing, and conditions of any service are in all cases set out in a written contract.

The form available at https://www.afm.hu/contact is intended solely for quote requests and contact. Submission of the form does NOT create a contractual relationship between the parties. The Provider undertakes to respond to incoming requests within 2 business days. Data protection: personal data submitted via the form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.afm.hu/en/adatvedelem).

Please do not submit special categories of data, health-related data, criminal-conviction data, classified data, or detailed private-life information about third parties via this contact form. Processing of such data is undertaken only under a separate written agreement, with prior data-protection notice and an appropriate legal basis. The Provider conducts private investigation activities only under the relevant authority licence (01030-822/4925-3/2018), within the framework of Hungarian Act CXXXIII of 2005 (SzVMt.), and on the basis of a written engagement contract. Data processing in connection with private investigation activities is governed by a separate Privacy Notice, available on request at info@afm.hu. The Provider disclaims liability for any data submitted by data subjects via the web form in breach of the prohibition set out in this section. Such data is examined by the Provider only to the minimum extent necessary for handling the request and, where necessary, is erased, anonymised or routed into a separate processing flow without undue delay.

AH/37595-14/2024-2; review required by 30 June 2026; issued by: Constitution Protection Office, Industrial Security Department. All content on the website — including text, images, logos, graphic elements, structured data (JSON-LD), and source code — is the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright (Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999). Reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication of the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited. Non-commercial, private use (reading, browsing, printing for personal use) is permitted.

The Provider strives to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability in this respect. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. The Provider engages the following third-party technical services for the operation of the website: • Hosting: Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) • Email delivery: Plus Five Five, Inc. ("Resend") (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) • Database: Neon, LLC as an affiliate of Databricks, Inc. (160 Spear Street, Suite 1300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) Detailed information on personal data processing by these providers is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The contact form provides the opportunity to review and correct entered data prior to submission (client-side validation + server-side check). The User may freely edit the form fields before submission.

The Provider serves B2B (business) clients only (see section 1). Provisions on consumer-dispute resolution, conciliation boards, and complaints to consumer-protection authorities under Hungarian Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection do not apply to this B2B relationship. B2B-natured comments and complaints regarding the Provider may be submitted directly at info@afm.hu or by phone at +36 70 316 8218, to which the Provider provides a substantive response within 8 business days. The parties resolve any complaint in accordance with the governing law and competent court set out in section 12.

The Provider has not subscribed to any voluntary code of conduct (information provided pursuant to Hungarian E-Commerce Act § 4(g)). The Provider conducts its activities in accordance with the relevant industry standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, MABISZ asset-protection principles).

These Terms of Use, and the use of the https://www.afm.hu website, are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably, by way of negotiation. Failing such resolution, the parties submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court (Fővárosi Törvényszék).

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use unilaterally. Modifications take effect upon publication at https://www.afm.hu/en/aszf.
